Approximate Sales Price: $40,000 per acre (depending on actual development costs and grant money secured).

Letter of Intent: Interested Companies should send a signed letter of intent to Kevin Christensen Sanpete County Economic Development Director. The letter of intent must indicate your business’ intent to purchase and locate a facility in the new Ephraim City Industrial Park upon completion of the project.

Please include the name of your business, description of operations, the number of employees your business currently has, as well as the number of employees you will have after locating to the new industrial park.
